Katherine & Chip - Nov. 3, 2008, Warner Hall

If you have never visited Warner Hall near Gloucester, Virginia you should take the 45 minute drive from the Norfolk area, visit this lovely historic B&B and have a great seafood lunch on the other side of the Coleman Bridge. Katherine and Chip choose the lovely Warner Inn Bed and Breakfast for their wedding celebration. The Colonial Mansion is restored perfectly and full of lovely antiques and it is obvious that it is a labor of love for their owners. I can not thank Teresa and her staff enough.
To compliment the surroundings and the time of year I kept everything elegant and timeless. I designed a traditional bridal white bouquet for Katherine of white hydrangea, white mini calla lily's, white roses and stephanotis accented with beads and crystals to match Katherine's dress. Her attendants carried bouquets of antique green hydrangea, apricot roses and apricot mini calla lily's. I accented the bouquets with subtle touches of green and peach hypericum and then gave them a punch of color with hot princess roses. For their centerpieces I used our standing glass and iron hurricane vase/votive stands. I filled the vases with paprika colored lily's, purple stock, apricot roses and mini calla's, hypericum, antique green hydrangea and the punch of hot princess rose.
Katherine and Chip celebrated with a small gathering of special family and friends in a beautiful and tasteful manner, a beautiful start to what will be a beautiful life. I loved designing for them.
